We also offer training and preventative techniques as we believe in a proactive approach to health. Our therapists are highly qualified and have many years of experience, so whether you have sustained a sporting injury or have a health issue that is affecting your life and wellbeing, Proactive Physio has a solution for you!

We offer return-to-work programmes both via ACC and private insurers with the aim to guide our clients toward maximising independence and getting back to work quickly and safely.

We are proud sponsors of several local events and sports teams such as Arrowtown Rugby Club, Wakatipu Junior Golf, Queenstown International Marathon, and the Routeburn Classic. Our philosophy is to work with and support our local community.

Open since 2008, we are located at Terrace Junction in Frankton as well as inside the brand new Wakatipu Medical Centre in Lower Shotover. Our premises are well-equipped with private treatment rooms and full gym access at the Terrace Junction clinic. Both locations offer ample free parking and are fully disability accessible.
